IE6 opens multiple browsers

Hello, I have had this problem before. When I sign out of hotmail in IE6, once every few weeks, it starts opening up browser window after window, until I have to press reset!
I have scanned with kav/spybot/adaware and all other stuff. Have spyware blaster/spyware guard. Anyone having this problem?
