My sisters laptop wouldn't go online with IE or Firefox anymore. However other stuff will go online like MSN Messenger. I ran a virus scan and she had Virus Trojan Zlob and MyWeb Search stuff on it. She is also showing a file not found error called Runtime error 53 file not found. Now I can't get on the internet through a browser on her laptop to try to fix this. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Yes, download these following programs to a thumbdrive or write them to a CD and then apply them to the laptop.Run these and remove all they find
1- Ccleaner Slim
2- malwarebytes
3- Avast Free, also google for the avast up-dates, allow it to do a bootscan on reboot and move all it finds to the chest.
They can all be found on one page in my signature.
Let us know how you make out, Thanks

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
