IE opens automatically and goes to supernovva

When I switch on my computer, Internet Explorer is automatically opened and it goes directly to a site called www.supernovva.com or another site that I do not want to name! I have looked at all running processes to see if any rogue process is running, but could find nothing suspicious. Have also tried disabling all startup programs and services, but with no luck! Can someone please help me?

Have you tried running MalwareBytes and or ad-aware and or Spybot?
