IE won't load. I always get the message Page Cannot Be Displayed. I have run all kinds of spyware but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Sounds like IE starts but then doesn't nab a page. DNS issue?
Question: can you do anything else online, like email? Are you able to ping out, by name (www.yahoo.com) or by number (your DNS according to IPCONFIG is a good test)? If you can ping by number but not name, it's a different can of worms than if you can't ping by number either. Yes, some spyware such as New.Net can screw up name resolution, but that's usually the second or third thing I'd suspect as the problem.
Say something cryptic, then leave snickering.
