I am trying to log into my desktop pc, but it will not allow me access my system; stating that I am not using the correct password. What should I do? Thanks in advance for our comments and suggestions.

If the PC in question is located outside your place of employment, interrogate everyone that has access to your computer - (i.e., roomates, siblings, parents, visitors, etc).

If the PC is located inside your workplace, ask if you're being locked out & disallowed continuing use of company computers.

That is far below minimum for running XP Pro. I'm surprised it even boots up.
256MB ram or higher should run much better for you.

If this is a computer at home, login with another account (Administrator) and change your password for your normal user account.
