We really can't do anything as far as changing your account or password. That has to be done from the e-mail provider. Likely you're address is being "spoofed":

If you use webmail (GMail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, etc.), contact them and have your account closed and recreate it under another user name and password. If you use your ISP's mail, contact them and see what they can do (likely the same). Yes, it's a PITA to change addresses, but it keeps your contacts from receiving spam/viruses/malware. Also, never give out your address to anyone you don't know (and never post it online---like in this forum) and ask those you do give it to to never forward mail with your info in it. Essentially, consider it almost as sacred as a credit-card number.

Scan your system with a good virus-scanner (AVG, Avast!, MS Security Essentials, etc.) and anti-malware (Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, etc), if you feel your machine itself may be compromised (when you get it back).
