the virus is called trojan-bnk.win32.keylogger.gen please can you help

You haven't got a virus, but you have got a bogus malware program telling you that you are infected - something like "Win7 Antispyware 2012" or similar?

There are a number of different removal walkthroughs - try the one below for a start, check & see if your particular scanner is listed:

a keylogger is pretty serious, I would suggest you stop all online bank transactions untill it is removed.
Run these 3 progs in the EXACT order and don't reboot untill after the last scan:
1- rkill.exe (will stop the malware process)
2- TDSS Killer (will remove the unwanted rootkit if found)
3- Malwarebytes (run a full scan and remove all it finds)
Now reboot the PC and see if the problem remains
