I'm not sure what to think about this... I think that I have a virus but can't find it. I was having problems with my computer, (it would lock up and crash) and I did a disk clean up utility. It went ok, and was doing better for a few days, but then I had problems with my McAfee. I talked with someone at McAfee and they suggested taking the Anti virus off and reinstall it. So, I took it off, then tried to reinstall it, but it won't reinstall. And now when I try to do a disk clean up utility, I get a fatal error. I'm not sure what to do about it.

did you by chance have norton installed before McAfee? If so, you may want to use the norton uninstaller from their website. Then try re-installing an AV
