I have been receiving emails with Sobig in them, all from (seemingly) Ford Motor Co. domains showing....[madza, ford. etc.]
Since last Friday morning, I've received about 25 of them.
This may be a stupid question, but it's not me, right? My Norton Int. Sec. nails/deletes it evertime ( I hope every time)...

Yeah, thoughts: your email address is in at least one address book over at Ford - that's all. Either that or this virus spoofs Ford's domain.
You shouldn't worry much - as long as you have Norton updating itself at least daily.
If you have access to an ISP-level filter *and* you don't care if all emails claiming to originate from ford.com never reach you then you could deploy a server-level kill-filter to take them out. Most ISPs don't offer kill-filters, but many corporate/university networks do.
Server-level reporting & filtering is one of the many reasons to use a good forwarding service.

sobig along with other worms/virii spoof the email address, so it is hard to tell where they originate from. some people get them returned as if they sent them, when it is just their address being spoofed from someones address book.
