I have tried many virus scans and all of them say either "purchase now to clean your pc" or "unable to clean the infected file." My information like email, and other important passwords have been taken from me for a while now.
Can anyone tell me what I can do without having to purchase a product? I need to get thes off for good! Please post if u can be any help.

Try the basic free ones as they work great: Spybot S&D Spyware Blaster Adaware SE and then try a free Active X On-line Spyware Scan and remove all it finds.
Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Best avoid anything that says purchase is necessary to clean pc. They are usually the worst ones.
AVG and AVAST are free anti-virus checkers if you need one.
