I use this site: http://www.trendmicro.com/en/products/desktop/osce/evaluate/overview.htm

Go there, and do a search on the name of the virus. This site gives good instructions on manually removing viruses.

Some viruses can not be removed by the scanner, to get rid of the virus you need to know the name of the virus and get a removal tool from www.nai.com or www.Symantec.com and follow the instructions that come with the removal tool.

Good virus hunting.
