I hear clicking noices without doing anything

Im on the computer and the computer registers me clicking heaps without doing anything and iexplorer goes upto around 30% CPU. I think it may be a virus and nothing is dectected do you know what it is and can you help?

Does it sound like mice in the walls? Chatter chatter? If so it could be the harddrive is failing. Try to run a hd test.maxblast or datalifeguard should work
on the road again!!

na it's a mouse click then i go to my internet history and it says that ive been to random sites that i have never heard of.
