Download superantispyware portable. It's a portable version of their full product that uses and installer. You can download it to a USB stick at another computer then run it on the infected computer. Start the infected computer in safe mode, connect the USB drive, and run the SAS portable program. Run the critical point scan first and let it complete. Restart and go into safe mode again, start SAS portable again from the USB drive, run the complete scan. Let it complete. Update your AV software. Should you still have problems, you can use combofix however, there are risks to using combofix. You need to be prepared for things to get worse before they get better. Seek more information before running combofix randomly. Also, it sounds like there is no backup of this system .Once you get things squared away with the malware/virus, consider making a backup of your entire system (preferably an image level backup), schedule the backup to run as often as you feel will cover changed data on the computer.

This link covers superantispyware portable and a suggested backup software once things are cleaned up on your system - these are products I also have been using successfully for years. desktop support, malware and virus removal .

super-anti is just for basically for cookies and Puppet (response #1) resembles another spammer for paid remote support.

Run these 3 progs in EXACTLY the same order as listed
1- rkill.exe (stops the process)
2- tdss killer (helps remove unwanted rootkit if found)
3- Malwarebytes (run a full scan, fix all it finds and then reboot)

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions 7 Medals
