i have a virus i cant get rid of

im having an annoying problem. i have the w32.kwbot.f.fworm , adw_ruled , worm_sdd , adw_scanp the virus or trojan has made over 100 copies of itself and i cant get rid of it. itried norton antivirus no luck. how do i manually get rid of it all??

Did you try running Norton when Windows is in SAFE MODE? You may also have to disable the Restore folder to flush it out.

Make sure you have the latest definitions, run in safe mode (as suggested by Michael2) and make sure everything (all directories, compressed files) are set to scan. If that does'nt work, try Mcafee Free scan under the Downloads section.
