Hi. I just screwed up my computer by downloading a trojan. I cant stop it. It basically has taken over my computer! Norton says I have 2 things that need attention, but the virus shut down email-spam protection and firewall. Basically, my computer is vonerable to anything. I say fix, but it doesnt. The virus has taken over norton. I also tried to go to the virus protection software through file, but it blocked it. I really need help becuase I have so many important things on my computer, and I really do not want to re-install the whole computer! What can I do?! My computer is basically controlled by the virus!
