I have a Product key for 3 units i cant load on notebook

Specs: Windows 7
I ve loaded one laptop and trying to add one more and its states invalid product key ? when its states you can load 3 units - Tells you to to www.norton.com/digtal which is no help

I assume, from the web address given, that you are having product key issues with some Norton product or other. It's difficult to see how a general computer help website such as ours can help with a specific issue like this. The provider is the only one that can say why their product keys are not working according to their marketing literature. If your posted website is no help then maybe try this Norton forum:

Either you're entering the product key wrong or the installation process is writing to the disk (or file if you downloaded it) and is keeping a tab on how many times it was installed. They used to do that sometimes with programs on floppy disks but of course if you're using a cd to do the install then that's not what is going on.
