Have you used Adaware and Spybot to clean your systemof all the spyware? Both are available from http://www.wilders.org/

Adwarrior is one thing that springs out. Hijackthis log files are not supposed to be posted at this site unless adaware and spybot has been used and failed. I am not one of the experts using hijackthis, so I hope someone that is sees your post. Sorry I could not help you more.

Another CoolWebSearch/GlobalFinder clone.
Download and run CWShredder from this site:

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html

Read the article, towards the bottom is a section called "the fix".
After running post back with your HT results if it persists.

I am experiencing the exact same problem, however, I discovered it when I found that my default homepage in Internet Explorer was being changed everytime I get online or offline. By searching the registry I found that specific registry keys were being changed to http://%6f%75%74%2e%74%72%75%65%2d%63%6f%75%6e%74%65%72%2e%63%6f%6d/%61/?%38%34%30%38%32%38 about:blank - for the time being I have simply written a dot.reg file to change the affected keys back to their original values. I have no idea how to prevent this altogether. I have also noticed some strange behavior in the browser ever since this started happening. Does ANYONE have any idea what the heck is going on?
