i got winserv.exe in my pc and i dont kn

Hello... I have a vorus in my pc detected by Norton antivirus and Mcafee but they both cannot clean this vorus the name is winserve.exe or something like that .. i guess i got the same problem that come kid named CHAD ... i got Windows Xp and i tried to follow the directions you gave to chad but when i browse HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ Nothing come out... please if u can help me on how to delete this Virus please E-mail me or write something here... Thank YOU VERY MUCH !!!

Rodrigo,I looked at that recent post also.You either have to follow the detailed manual instructions for removal or... run Adaware or Spybot search and destroy(my favorite).You can download these free programs from wilders.org.On the left side click"free tools".They are both listed under the "cleaners" category.Hope this helps.JB
