I cant use Msn Messenger

Hi every1... a friend of mine is using windows Xp... she cant use msn messenger.. cant download it even.. and when ever she tries to go on microsoft website... it gives an error of Address not found on mozilla firefox.. even internet explorer is nt able to open it.. no updates.. nothing.. even .. updation of antivirus is nt going through.. Any help will be appreciated..

So she doesn't have an Internet connection? How is she connecting? Dial-up? DSL? Cable Modem? When did this problem start? More information is needed. EEOC
