i cant open my local disc C

Hello, my name is Ivan. And I'am coming from Croatia. I have a problem when i try to open my local disc C when i click to open it says : "WINDOWS SCRIPT HOST : Can not find script file "C:/main.vbs", but when i click on explore i can see all the files normally. And another thing when i right click on the local disc c the first row (i dont know have to say it but you know when open, search explore, format ) isn't open there are some weird letters nzsQ ... PLEASE HELP ME IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME... THANKS.
Have you updated your virus/malware programs definitions and run full scans?

I have another question. When i do that DRIVE Association Fix. Will that delete my files or programs on local discs, and is it completely safe i mean is it harm for my computer or local discs and my files and programs.
