Dear Friends,
I can't open "C" drive or "D" drive. When I right click the C or D drive it shows some non-english words/charectors instead of "Open" and "Explore". I tried to clean with AVG (antivirus) Free Software but the problem is remain as it is.
The virus is : RavMon.exe (Trojan Horse Generic2. UTK)
How can I open the drives?
Please do help.

Download Stinger and it should help solve that problem:

Assuming you are running XP, make sure System Restore is turned OFF prior to having AVG clean the virus. You can turn off System Restore by right clicking My Computer, going to Properties, select the System Restore tab and check the box next to Turn Off System Restore, click OK. Re-enable System Restore after the virus is removed. In all likelyhood this will solve your problem.
If AVG still can't remove the virus with system restore disabled it's kind of hard to know where to go from there since it's classified as generic.
The virus MAY be what Symantec classifies as: W32.Rajump. They have a removal tool at:
http://www.symantec.com/security_re...
If the removal tool doesn't work, no harm done but it was worth a shot.

I've found this on google:
http://fkn1337.com/remove-ravmonexe...
Not sure how it works, but you may try.
