We've not heard from "Dal Bahadur Lama" since 3 Jan, so we don't know if a fix was found. There doesn't seem to be much info on it. You could try this:
Re: Solution 2 in the link. Don't be tempted to go around deleting any other files (apart from the temporary files and your own). If you have plenty of HD then that is not the problem. If you are short of HD then do a proper uninstall of whatever programs you don't want.
You could also download MalwareBytes freebie which is good at finding and fixing problems that AV's can miss. It's not that I suspect a virus, but it happened to be the reason for this issue on one of the cases I read about.
