I can't get rid of cloaked malware

Samsung Nc10-13gb netbook

Specs: Windows XP
I recently had a redirect malware that was cured by Trojen remover and hitman pro (as recommended by someone on this site). Unfortunately although my redirect problem is cured hitman pro keeps identifying the same high risk cloaked malware that it states will be removed on reboot, but a fail message is displayed on restart and hitman pro refinds the malware on its next scan. I have completed the scan 5 times with the same result. I have also used malwarebytes and super antispyware. I have Mcafee.

I include a copy of the hitman pro search result.

Log computer="LEENETBOOK" scan="Normal" version="" date="2010-10-05T19:06:43" reboot="yes" timeSpentInSecs="301" filesProcessed="34807">

<Scanner id="G Data" name="Win32:Malware-gen (Engine-B)" />
<Scanner id="Prevx" name="High Risk Cloaked Malware" />
<Scanner id="Ikarus" name="Trojan.Win32.Vundo!IK" />
<File path="C:\WINDOWS\system32\dbnetlib3.dll" hash="04082EB6F4C70B1B787A8735C53C59CA5AE40F909AB5359D7A35F76A2CB2C96D" />

Any ideas what i should do to get rid of this?

Restart in safe mode and then manually try deleting the dbnetlib3.dll - it isn't a legitimate Windows file by the way so you won't be doing any damage to your OS.
