Is the issue is still persisting even after complete format of your machine?
> If so please do mannual update the antivirus application you have.
(You can do it by downloading an update file in another machine and transfering the file into your machine using a pendrive.) I recommend you to use Bitdefender or Avast (free version) in your machine.
> Reboot your machine and logon to safe mode.
> Now scan your machine with the Antivirus application.
(You can also scan your machine with following application
Spywareblaster, Spybot, ADWARE PERSONAL, Malwarebytes, Trojan remover)
> Once you are done with scnning your machine with the above mentioned application, clean all the temporary files and cookies using Ccleaner application.
> Now restart your machine and logon to normal mode.
This help you to clean your machine.

Kindly let us know if the above steps didn't help you or the issue still persists even after following them. Please get back us the results at your convinience.

Thank you :)

thank you!!!!

I can't update or get to those sites in order to run them - i can
attached a hijack log if that helps...i can't even get to online
sites. i still don't understand what can survive a reformat i installed avast before connecting for the first time on the
reinstall....I have used new thumb drives to transfer the
application from clean machines but I think something is
rogue in our wireless system at work that everyone hooks up
to (about 25 laptops) only a couple of the laptops regularity
run anti virus and malware programs. So I question if any of
those machine are clean so I don't trust any of the machines I
have access to......I recently bought a netbook, taken it to
work and now that is not running clean......so I am frustrated
and any advice about getting clean downloads or what could
be in our system.....our it person is not trained or educated he
just shoots from experience so I know he does not have a
clue or will admit there's an issue, even he is constantly
cleaning or reformatting systems.

Thank you again but I tried to do those clean up suggestions
before I ever posted and I can't install or update any
security....so please any other suggestions will be much appreciated!
