i cant delete a .jpg file, help pls

hello there, i have a problem with a file, it seems it was a png but it was turned into a jpg, now i cant delete it, i cant even see the image properties, i cant copy it... HOW CAN I DELETE IT!? i need help please

i still cant delete it, can you help me again please?... when i run moveonboot it says that the file name isnt that one, and when i try to see the properties... i cant... help me pls

Maybe restart in Safe Mode and see if you have more luck with one or the other of those utilities.

Hi,
Do you have a registry cleaner such as ccleaner? That is a must tool.
It will probably clean the corruption you have in your PC which will solve the problem.
