I cannot remove searchq

Specs: Windows XP
How do I remove searchq web search? I deleted it from add ons - from every conceivable place and it is still in default mode in add-ons.. I removed Mozilla and downloaded again, then system restore and it's still there.

Step 1.

Please download the latest version of HijackThis:

Save to the Desktop.
Double-click on HJTInstall.exe to install the program.
A prompt appears showing that, by default, it installs to:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Click: Install

At the main screen of the program, click on: Do a system scan and save a log file
When done scanning, a log appears on your Desktop.
>>Save to the Desktop, and post the HijackThis log in your reply.<<

Start HijackThis once again. This time, click on Config > Misc Tools > Open Uninstall Manager
