I can not download any programs or spyware to get rid of win7 defender a rouge anti virus/spyware. Please help me

Windows 7, Vista all come with defender built it, it was Microsofts malware/spyware utiltiy. Are you sure this is a rogue installation and not just the built-in utility??? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...
That is a download link, which you do not want to download, but it describes Defender on the page. First lets see if that is what you got or if you have the infection as mentioned above, follow the instruction above if that is the nasty you have caught. RMT2's solution will do the trick.
