There are several forums w/ removal instructions.

I Did all that, and it did not detect anything, I found hxdef100.ini and i saw all the hidden processes and ports that it runs, so I believe now my best choice will be to erase and reinstall everything.

hxdef100.ini belongs to the Hacker Defender rootkit.

In the case of a rootkit, you are best off to format and reinstall. Be sure to update Windows before doing anything else online, or you will get infected again.
