If I remember correctly, molebox is a windows packer? It may or may not have anything to do with this :P

The file that it points to, could you send it me for analysis?

The infection was intially detected in:

C:\Program Files\Folder Lock 6\Folder Lock 6.exe

Some info below:

It appears that COMODO successfully removed the infected file.

The infection has infiltrated your restore points, this allows the infection to re-appear, although at the moment from your screen shot it appears to be dormant.

The first course would be to delete the entire folder bolded below:

C:\Program Files\Folder Lock 6

If you are currently using Folder Lock 6 it would be best to uninstall it too. Make sure that you have no folders currently locked otherwise they may become unusable after the removal.

For peace of mind scan with a malware removal tool. One of the best around at the moment is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, clicking the link below will start the download automatically:

Ensure you let it update and run the full scan after installation.

Lastly, if the log shows all detected problems were successfully fixed and your P.C. is running fine you will need to purge your System Restore points.

You do this by turning System Restore off, rebooting your P.C. and then turning System Restore back on again.

Its possible that some malware has compromised that application, or maybe its just malicious in the first place.

Is your system clean now then?
