i presume you are asking if you have TO remove a trojan, first run both Spybot and Ad-Aware make sure they are updated, then do a full system scan with your Anti Virus, turn off the system restore to do this, and don't forget to turn this back on after the scan, also bear in mind that you will lose any restore points when you disable system restore, carry out the above for the results and see what it finds, you could also down laod an excellent programme Trojan Remover 6.15 and try this.
Cheers Dave

The reference in the run section for backdoor jeem can be removed using hijackthis..(easier and safer than using regedit)
The entry will look something like this:

04- HKLM\...\run [system service] c:\<location of program>\ msrexe.exe

*note*
There is a valid service called MPREXE.exe (this one should be in the running processes list)
The one you are looking for to kill is MSREXE.exe

You would have Hijack fix that entry, Reboot the machine and do a search for MSREXE.exe and delete it. (make sure you have hijackthis.exe in its own folder if you are using it to fix stuff...if you make a mistake it can then be recovered eg: c:\hijack\hijackthis.exe)
