Symantec Norton internet security 2010 -...

Specs: Windows 7, i7 980x/ 6 Gigs
When I try to use my Nvidia Control Panel to change the SLI settings I receive a msg stating "ccsvchst" needs to be closed. I've tried closing it task mgr, but that doesn't work. It won't even let me change it's start up option.
Unless I'm able to close that program I can't change my Nvidia settings. Any thoughts?

This should be a function of Norton. My guess would be that Norton is blocking this process because it emulates what a virus would do. This again is just a guess. The other possibility is that a virus is asking you to disable Norton(which could be a bad thing)

It turns out that it was, in fact, a Norton problem. I ran the "check for problems" program within Norton. It found the problem (it's firewall) and made the necessary repairs. No more problems.
