How to remove Zlob.h virus

Product: HP Pavilion laptop

I have the Trojan Zlob.h virus. I have Symantec on my computer but it will not remove the file. What can I do to get rid of the thing? Can anyone out there please help me?

You say Symantec will not remove the infection. Have you followed the instructions on the Symantec website to clean the system of this virus?
