TRY RUNNING ADAWARE and a virus scan,
try rebooting in safe mode by tapping the F8 key while booting up then do a scan

Hello Deniz Can, did you install any programs shortly before this problem started?

I've come accross this post:

Try first disableing your System Restore then reboot in safe mode and re-run adaware, spybot and your anti-virus.

To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research.
