how to remove webhancer???

hello i was wondering if any of you guys know how to remove webhancer (spyware). i used ad-adware 6 which removes webhancer but after i did that my internet does not work. does anyone know how to fix it? thanx for reading this.

Try the removal instructions at this site. Restore the Adaware quarantined webhancer items first, and then follow the directions.

Dear Chip, Adware likes to be problematic by not letting you delete it. What to do: Find the folder it's in and record all of it's files that you find. Start up in safe mode, and then find those files again and delete them for good (safe mode will allow that). Restart your computer, and your done. Best of luck.

Summary: When computer start,winser.exe is running and creating a file,name of it is "out.bin". I look up regedit,startup,and msconfig but i cant find anything.i delete file but next resatart it appears again....
