Specs: Windows 7 64-bit, Intel core i7860/8 GB DDR3
We are attempting to resolve a virus that has disabled browsers and almost menu connections, program items and desktop shortcuts. This started on 1 user account so we were able to use another user to run MSE, malwarebytes, avira and norton. Several trojans were found and removed and other fixes done. Problem persists. What next?

First of all you have three AntiVirus programs on your pc? You need to pick ONLY ONE and uninstall the other two. The three programs will be conflicting with each other.This means they will be fighting each other and not working correctly.
Once done you can try the following;
You will need to download in safe mode with networking, the following.
1) Rkill link:
2) TDDSkiller link:
3) HitmanPro3.5 link:

Restart in normal mode and run the programs in that order.
Now update and run your Malwarebytes doing a full scan, removing all that it finds.
