Comment:

I apparently downloaded nsrbgxod.bak. Now MWAM can't seem to fully remove this trojan agent and it seems to be lodged in my registery:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Login Software 2009

Each time I open either IE or Firefox after a few seconds I get redirected to a another website. Each time that happens I scan my PC and the same virus keeps reappearing. I guess MWAM can't fully remove it. Any comments ?

You can first try Avast Free, allow it to do a bootscan on reboot as it has the ability to remove rootkits:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_a...

If that doesn't work you can try Combofix:

Follow those instructions carefully and you should be able to remove it quite easily.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
