how to remove nn_serv?

Hi,my computer is currently under the attack of a backdoor virus.Luckily,a program that im using (Advanced SystemCare) found the location of the spyware in my registry.The problem is i cant delete that file containing the spyware or the spyware itself one by one.Could any of you professionals guide me through the deletion of this spyware?

Oh and if you all don't mind,could you all teach me how to remove the virus completely and tell me how i can tell when my computer is clean
