I am dealing with a pc with many trojans, adware and other crap. I did a virus scan and moved everything into quarintine, but I'm not sure what the next step is? I think if i reboot the comp the trojans will be re-created? Any suggestions about how to get rid of malware would help.

Scan the computer with antivirus and antispyware and instead of quarantine I would recommend deleting all the infected files. Reboot computer and run the scan again. Google about the infections you have found, check how to remove it. Also install the HiJackThis tool it will check your system for suspicious processes.

Turn off System Restore before rebooting or you WILL get them right back!
