I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009... and don't know what to do once it has detected a list of "vulnerabilities". I have 4 options: Quarantine; Clear List; Add to Exclusions; Delete from List. I don't believe all the items it has detected are unsafe, for example "Excel.exe", but how do we know what is safe and unsafe. Must I investigate each of the 85 vulnerabilities and make a decision? All I want to do is delete any nasties and get on with it.
