Solved how to remove BrowserSafeGuard Windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
I sure could use help w/this, I'm losing the battle.
At startup, black page "taskenge" is presented, overwritten by an alert:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program File(s)\Browsersafeguard\BrowserSafeGuard.exe.
To post this required opening an htdocs TXT document & including my
data because clicking on "notepad", note++, wordpad, etc. (exe). presents
following:"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program File(s)\Browsersafeguard\BrowserSafeGuard.exe.
Clicking "x" brings up:
do you want to run or save this program?
displays run or save
clicking run AGAIN presents no obvious action other than displays
run or save? AGAIN
clicking on html docs displays code instead of the report.
Some of my Xampp files work (hours of re-creating docs from flash
drives & recycle bin) but
I can't edit my databases as my xampp folder does not contain the control

Sounds like the damage is quite extensive so it would be a lot easier to do a factory recovery if it's a factory built PC, or restore from the most recent disk image if you created one.

Back up all your data first though.

You also need to install a more reliable online security package since what you have now (if any) is obviously weak and no good.

I use Comodo Internet Security and it has never let me down. I've never had any infections, malware, or browser hijacks since I started using Comodo 10 years ago.

Here are the first 2 steps, there will be more steps needed, after I see the results of these logs.

Run them in this order.

Step 1: Run AdwCleaner
Author's site
Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan
In the results tabs, uncheck anything you don't want to remove.
Click on Cleaning.
Confirm each time with Ok.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Please Copy & Paste the contents of that logfile with your next answer.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Step 2: Run Junkware Removal Tool
Malwarebytes Acquires Junkware Removal Tool
Download Junkware Removal Tool onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
Warning! Once the scan is complete JRT will shut down your browser with NO warning.
Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
Temporarily disable your antivirus and any antispyware real time protection before performing a scan.
Click this link to see a list of security programs that should be disabled and how to disable them.
Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7/8, right-click JRT and select Run as Administrator.
The tool will open and start scanning your system.
Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved onto your Desktop and will automatically open.
Copy and Paste the contents of the JRT.txt log please.

It looks like broswersafeguard was partially removed, hence the error messages about windows not being able to find it. But yeah it must be junk or malware if your applications won't load without it. You can try something like Revo:

and see if it'll do a more complete removal. Try the Revo free version first, not the trial or pro versions, and see what it finds.
