How to remove bridge.dll?

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4/2.8ghz 512M ra

I have a hijacker and need to remove bridge.dll. I see it in the HiJack This log file but I am not sure what else I need to delete to completely clean my system. How do I know what to delete. I have the log if needed. Thank you!
