Have you tried making all files on the drive visible, then re-running Autorun Eater?. You can do this by going to Tools->Folder Options->View->Show Hidden Files And Folders, in the Explorer window of my My Computer.

It's because you have a very stubborn worm/trojan. I'd like you to first download Flash Disinfector from Bleeping Computer here: http://download.bleepingcomputer.co...

Next, please hold down the shift key while inserting your USB drive when prompted to prevent the autorun file from running. After the program finishes, reboot when prompted.

Please let me know if this helps so I can further help you.

use winrar to se all hiden files of your pen drive

start - run - cmd

change your directory to the letter of your pen driver , it is D or E ecc.

attrib -r -h -s atuorun.inf

and next type:

format D:

when it asks would you like to force a dismount , pres Y.
then it asks about naming your pen drive

then it formates it .

be carefull first take care of your data first , those you say are hidden. remove them first . then try to disband autorun.inf

it worked for me .!!

i don't know better , i think you should format your pen driver , because , when i put my pen driver to another computer , it's anti virus as you say ignored it. then somehow i couldn't delete it "autorun.inf" .
i know my ignorance about computers , but this might be something deep-related with pen drive. different computers same problem. i begun to think that this is usb-memory or some kind related. first i thought the folder was somehow related to any processes running.
nevertheless i thing better not have something you don't know about. i advise get rid of it.
sorry if it isn't some advanced help!
best regards!
