How to remove AdobeRD.9.0 Shell.exe

There is a file called AdobeRd.9.0 Shell in my Pc. It appears in all Hard drives i have. I suspect it came through a Flash disk. Whenever i delete the file within seconds it reappears. I have tried HijackThis, Smitfraudfix, Spymaster Doctor but still i have not been able to remove the file. Please whoever know the right Removal tools or Howto procedures on howt o remove that file let me ASAP. Your help is highly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
