hi, i ran an anti virus scan using trend micro housecall, and it found the trojan- troj_gunbound.A but could'nt remove it, and could'nt tell me how to remove it manually, anybody have any ideas how i can get rid of it? any help would be most appreciated, thanks in advance,

First the exact path has to be found, such as,(example only...C:\WINDOWS\System\badguy.exe).

Then in many cases you can reboot into safe mode and delete the virus.Trndmicro should have given you that information.

If you can't find it on their web site, I would suggest you email Trend Micro and they will give you instructions on how to remove it.
