How to Remove a .dat error message

Dell Inspiron 1545 notebook

Specs: Windows 7
I downloaded Babylon Translator and subsequently removed it via add/remove in CP.
I now get a "Babylon Error: Strings.dat is missing or corrupted" after turning on my computer (Windows 7). How do I get rid of this error.
