going to need to include a bit more detail than that...like any at all...

if a file is corrupted, you will need to repair it or reinstall it using the original installation media. So if it was an application you downloaded, you need to rerun the setup.msi or setup.exe or whatever. If the corruption is to Windows System files, you will need the windows installation CD to repair/reinstall.
