You are infected.
Start by running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ( MBAM )
Error codes
Common Issues, Questions, and their Solutions, Frequently Asked Questions.
VIPRE Rescue Program
Try it in Safe mode with Networking.
If it won't run, rename the downloaded mbam-setup.exe file to mb.exe to help work around certain malware that will block it from being run.
If it still will not run.
1: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall Malwarebytes.
Next redownload Malwarebytes but rename it before you download it to your desktop. As you are in the process of downloading when you get to the point that the "enter name of file to save to" box appears, in the "filename" slot, rename mbam-setup.exe to something.exe, then click Save.
If it installed but will not run, navigate to this folder:
2: C:\Programs Files\Malwarebytes' AntiMalware
At the top of the page, Tools > Folder Options > View, click > Show hidden files and folders and untick > Hide extensions for known file types.
How to see hidden files in Windows
Rename all the .exe files in the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware folder and try to run it again.
When it opens, update 1st.
If it won't update after installing, update manually.
Download & install.

To make sure there is no longer qsearch left in your system, let's get a specific look.

Please download SystemLook:

Under Links, select: SystemLook (32-bit)

Save to the Desktop.

Double-click SystemLook and select Run, if a prompt appears.

Select the following information, and Paste it to the blank area in SystemLook. Then, select: Look

When finished, a notepad window opens with the results of the scan.
Please post the results of SystemLook in your next reply.

Good news deep.vik, make sure you acknowledge aaflac44 by responding to the very good check he suggested.

"Still then how could my computer got infected"
No AV will prevent you getting infected, because the badies are always ahead of the goodies.
You can of course improve your defense system & prevent a lot of problems, but it still gets down to the user, if anything unusual happens, Stop & hit the OFF button.

Thanks for your interest and reply aaflac44.

I copied and pasted the lines given by you with the correction that i changed "qsearch" to "qseach" as the problem causing web page was "" . After i posted my problem here (and got the solution) i am also able to access "Tools-> Folder Options".
After getting infected by "Qseach/"; my computer was not showing the "Folder Options" link and all the hidden files and folders were exposed and there was no way to access "do not show hidden files" option.
