Download Microsoft Anti-Spyware, it's the first Spyware detection program made by Microsoft with advanced technology. It works pretty much like an Antivirus with real time scanning so it lets you know before you get infected by spyware. If your browser got hijacked, this program includes an advanced tool which can restore all the settings to default. Scans, Remove spywares, this program does it all!!

Microsoft Anti-Spyware?
That sounds a lot like asking the fox to guard the chickenhouse.
