Iam a new user of AVG Anti Virus ver6 (Free Edtion)...The anti Virus is really fast & efficient .Well it has detected a virus in my Hard Disk .For deletion of the virus it gives a message to opn AVG anti virus for the removal.... I ckick the ok button but did not find any option in AVG Anti Virus Software where it can remove the Virus from my Hard disk...Please can some on guid me that where is the option in AVG to remove the virus. Previously i was using Norton, it automatically remove the virus when it deduct ...by just only tick sign..but this facility is not in Avg Anti Virus softwre. I shall be soooo much thankfull if some one tell me that how can i found the option to remove the Virus by using AVG. Thanks in advance.
I'm certainly no expert but I will try to help. There is an option in the program to auto remove virus files that are located in the vault. Open AVG and select Program/AVG Virus Vault/File/Settings/a box will popup with options to Automaticly Remove Files etc.
