OK. First of all, not all pop-ups are caused by viruses or Malware, but a lot of Malware is installed/downloaded through pop-ups and hacked web pages. Do you have some sort of a pop-up blocking program on your machine? What browser are you using? What OS and is it patched to the latest release? These are some of the things that we need to know before we can determine if you have an issue at all.

Well have a really good anti virus of your choice keep it updated and keep your computer scanned every after updates. Also there is some registry cleaning tools you can download just search for a good one on your choice. Also keep your self updated on the latest security threats and how to prevent them form your system and how to remove them with a proper ANTI VIRUS or manually.
